We recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible after placing an order. Since many of our cybersecurity products, software licenses, activation details, and subscriptions may be delivered electronically, orders can sometimes be processed quickly.
A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that an order can be cancelled. Eligibility depends on the processing and delivery status of the order.
If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been processed, delivered, activated, or fulfilled, we may be able to cancel the transaction.
If payment has already been collected for an eligible cancelled order, the applicable amount will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.
Cyber Shield AV primarily provides digital products and cybersecurity solutions. These may include software licenses, activation codes, subscriptions, downloadable products, and related digital services.
Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, downloaded, activated, redeemed, or substantially used, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Where cancellation is unavailable, customers may review our Refund & Returns Policy to determine whether they qualify for another remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If a product includes recurring billing or automatic renewal, customers may request cancellation of future renewals according to the terms disclosed when the subscription was purchased.
Cancelling future renewal does not necessarily provide a refund for the current subscription period. Where applicable, customers may continue using the service until the end of their already-paid subscription term.
